Things will kick off this Saturday with our Share It Saturday series. Each Saturday, Jacque will be live on our Facebook page sharing details of her vegan journey. Most importantly, this is your opportunity to share your story. Are you newly vegan? Are you thinking about it? Let’s come together to create a community of support and information exchange.

Meatless Mondays is nothing new, but starting this Monday, vegan sexy cool has a couple of new ways to celebrate. for one, We will feature a special interview series on our IGTV with plant based chefs, nutritionist and home cooks to help you figure out exactly what needs to be happening in your kitchen to help you eat good. And there will be more than just talk, we are getting you ready for the holidays with a news plant based soul food recipe every Monday.

Wednesdays will be a time for Jacque to recommend tried and tested products she loves with out What’s New Wednesdays series on our Instagram Stories. The Economist declared 2019 the Year Of The Vegan, and not sure if you noticed that plant based products are popping up everywhere. It can be overwhelming, but not to worry… we are here to help narrow down your choices.
