I am not a coffee drinker, but I do like the idea of starting the day off with something to give my body and mind a healthy boost, while also fighting toxins. That is why I begin every morning with my personal detox tea.
When it came to deciding what to put in my tea… I’m not a nutrition expert, but I do know my body. I wanted something that helped me focus, targeted inflammation, hydrated, boosted my mood and immune system, and just elevated my overall health.
Here’s what I came up with for my daily detox and how I make it. Feel free to give it a try or come up with your own recipe. Who knows… maybe this could be the first step towards you replacing that morning cup of caffeine.
